NR4A1 and cancer: Breast cancer is one of the most common tumors among women, and the second leading cause of cancer‐related death in the world.1 Approximately 1 to 1.3 million cases are diagnosed with breast cancers worldwide every year, including approximately 60% patients with hormone receptor‐positive breast cancers, 20% patients with Her2/neu receptor overexpressed cancers, and triple‐negative breast cancers (TNBC) constitute approximately 20% of breast cancer cases.2
