Compared with vehicle mice, TWS119 mice showed a reduced ratio of CD16/32+Iba-1+ cells at day14 after stroke (26.93% ± 1.77% versus 17.72% ± 2.05%, P < 0.01, Fig. 5c) and an increased proportion of CD206+Iba-1+ cells at days 14 and 21 after stroke (26.69% ± 1.96% versus 33.49% ± 1.88%, P < 0.05; 11.81% ± 1.08% versus 18.13% ± 1.71%, P < 0.05, Fig. 5e).
