TNF and stroke disorder: Compared with sham-operated mice, the productions of TNF-α (28.64 ± 3.03 versus 81.42 ± 8.73 pg/mg protein, P < 0.001; 28.48 ± 2.22 versus 57.99 ± 3.14 pg/mg protein, P < 0.001) were obviously increased in dMACO mice with saline treatment at days 14 and 21 after stroke.
