From the multivariate analysis of the total population (n = 2830), it was found that a history of CAD was a risk factor for T2MI (OR (95% CI) = 1.38 (1.08–1.77), p = 0.01), even after adjustments for confounding factors (age, female gender, CRP > 3 mg/L, creatinine (Table 1)).
