Among patients with normal CSF Aβ42 levels, higher Aβ42 (HR 0.65, 95% CI 0.52–0.81) was related to a lower risk of dementia, while higher t-tau (HR 2.16, 95% CI 1.70–2.74) and p-tau (HR 1.53, 95% CI 1.25–1.89) were associated with a higher risk of progression to any dementia.
