Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2/HER2) showed a massively higher protein expression in the WT than in the G12V tumor (ERBB2↑G12V; 46 peptides and 907 PSM vs. 4 peptides and 12 PSM), in accordance with a detected copy number gain (amplified region chr17:37,690,344–40,762,015) and 69-fold higher normalized counts in the RNAseq data of the WT tumor. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is neoplasm.
