GNRH1 and cancer: After excluding 87 cycles, including those of patients not receiving the GnRH antagonist protocol (n = 31), with primary ovarian insufficiency (n = 8), aged ≥ 46 (n = 17), with cancer (n = 3) and with growth hormone supplementation (n = 28), the remaining 297 cycles were identified and then divided into two groups based on whether or not there was DHEA supplementation: the DHEA (n = 159) and non-DHEA (n = 138) groups.
