Not only that, we also found that GDM women with the either AA or AG genotypes in specific SNP of OXTR (A > G in rs53576) are 3.0 times more likely to suffer from stress symptoms compared to those who carry GG genotype in the SNP, as well as to those who carry either TT or TC genotypes in SNP of NRG1 (T > C in rs2919375), is at 9.9 times odds to experience stress symptoms compared to those who carry CC genotype in the SNP. This evidence concerns the gene OXTR and gestational diabetes.
