Downregulation of NR2F1-AS1 inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma cell migration and invasion as well as expression of a drug resistance gene and decreases the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) in vitro; NR2F1-AS1 knockdown also impairs tumor growth in vivo via the miR-363–ABCC1 axis [26]. This evidence concerns the gene ABCC1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
