NR4A1 and ductal breast carcinoma in situ: The Kaiser score achieved high sensitivity, ranging between 96.8% (92/95, two false-negative (FN), one DCIS G2 and G3 each, and one T1a invasive ductal cancer G2; all hormone receptor–positive in perimenopausal women aged 52, 54, and 58 years; lesion sizes 8, 7, and 5 mm) and 98.9% (94/95, one 8-mm FN DCIS G2, hormonal receptor–positive in a 52-year-old patient), with no significant difference between both readers or based on lesion presentation as a mass or non-mass (p > 0.05, respectively, Table 2).
