As compared to the primary human astrocytes (from Dr. Cao at Soochow University [11]), Ninj2 mRNA levels were significantly elevated in established human glioma cell lines (A172 and U251MG) and primary human glioma cells (derived from two human patients, “P1/P2” [11]) (Figure 1A).
