Finally, only 6 pseudogenes, RPS26P15 (Figure 7B), AC004057.1 (Figure 7C), RPS26P31 (Figure 7D), RPS26P6 (Figure 7E), RPS26P3 (Figure 7F) and RPS26P47 (Figure 7G,) were significantly upregulated in cancer tissues when compared with normal controls. Here, RPS26P47 is linked to cancer.
