In conclusion, by reviewing the genomic profiles and clinical treatment courses of PLELC patients at our institution and in the extant literature, we found that the mutation rates of EGFR and ALK were lower than other common types of NSCLC, and EGFR/ALK TKIs only showed a limited response in PLELC patients with EGFR/ALK mutation. The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
