ADAM9 and neoplasm: Ueno et al reported that ADAM9 is over‐expressed in OC, and may contribute to the cisplatin sensitivity of OC cells.15 In the present study, we observed that the positive rate of ADAM9 in PFFE OC tissue was significantly increased in tumor tissue compared with the adjacent tissue, which was consistent with the Ueno et al's observation; moreover, the expression of ADAM9 was positively associated with a higher histological grade, Figo stage, and metathesis of the tumor.
