Targeting combinations of the multiple immune checkpoints (PD‐1, LAG‐3, CTLA‐4, TIM‐3, VSIR/VISTA) or other immunosuppressive molecules (e.g. ectonucleosidases, TGF‐B, IL‐10) may prove beneficial in GBM. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and glioblastoma.
