TP53 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Using the sum of CEP copy number gains as a unique measure of CIN, we showed that high CIN correlated significantly with aggressive clinicopathological parameters, including high T stage, lymph node metastasis, high histological grade, lymphovascular invasion, negative hormone receptor status, positive HER2 status, p53 overexpression, and high Ki-67 index.
