The expression of OX40L protein and mRNA was positively correlated with the stability of coronary atherosclerotic plaque and coronary heart disease, suggesting that the presence of OX40 in coronary atherosclerotic plaque was positively correlated with the expression of OX40L protein and mRNA which provided an in-depth insight into the sudden death of patients with CHD. The gene discussed is TNFSF4; the disease is coronary artery disorder.
