Different studies explored the relationship between occupational chemical exposures, including solvents [13,14,15,16,17], polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) [14,18], insecticides [19,20], synthetic fibers [14], aromatic and heterocyclic amines (AHA) [21], or a miscellaneous of substances [22], and breast cancer risk with specific attention to different hormonal receptor subtypes (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and breast carcinoma.
