INS and Neonatal hypoglycemia: In the study [22], significant differences for outcomes in between glyburide and insulin were obtained in birth weight (MD, 109; 95% CI, 35.9 to 181; P < 0.01), macrosomia (RR, 2.62; 95% CI, 1.35 to 5.08; P < 0.01), and neonatal hypoglycemia (RR, 2.04; 95% CI, 1.30 to 3.20; P < 0.01), which are different from our study, but in our meta-analysis, there are more subjects.
