Patients without tumor thrombus showed better OS (p < 0.001), as did those without LNM (p=0.018), with smaller tumor size (p < 0.001), treated with higher single-dose RT fractionation (p < 0.001), with higher BED (p < 0.001), with a lower fraction number (p < 0.001), with higher ALC post-RT (p < 0.001), with higher lymphocyte counts (p < 0.001), and with lower AFP (p=0.006). This evidence concerns the gene AFP and neoplasm.
