Here, we found that the expression of NMDA receptors (NR1, NR2A, and NR2B), rather than that of AMPA receptors (GluA1 and GluA2), was decreased in the Aβ1-42 oligomer-treated AD model (Figure 3(a)), which is consistent with previous reports [34, 35].
