High expression of CKS2 was significantly associated with liver cirrhosis (χ2 = 5.695, P = 0.019), poor differentiation (χ2 = 5.436, P = 0.020), portal vein invasion (χ2 = 13.645, P < 0.001), advanced TNM stage (χ2 = 5.531, P = 0.019), metastasis (χ2 = 7.035, P = 0.008), and recurrence (χ2 = 9.112, P = 0.003). The gene discussed is CKS2; the disease is cirrhosis of liver.
