Due to the much shorter half-life of 149Tb as compared to 177Lu, the activity retention in the tumor xenograft was shorter resulting in low uptake values (0.66 ± 0.10% IA/g) at 24 h p.i. In any normal tissue and organ the retention of activity was <0.1% IA/g at 24 h after injection of 149Tb-PSMA-617 (Supplementary Information, Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and neoplasm.
