To identify clinically-relevant genes from the CRISPRa screens with the greatest potential to modify sensitivity to ALK inhibitors, Kaplan–Meier overall and event-free survival analyses were conducted for each gene (n = 24) based on its expression level in primary ALK inhibitor-naive tumors from large NB datasets (all risk groups) published by Zhang and colleagues28 and Kocak and colleagues29. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and neuroblastoma.
