After BAPN was used to inhibit LOX in mouse tumor tissues, the relative expression level of MMP-2 (62 kDa) in the LOX inhibition group was significantly decreased compared with the control group (Table 1, Fig. 2A, 2B) (P < 0.05), and the relative expression level of MMP-9 (92 kDa) in the LOX inhibition group was significantly decreased compared with the control group (Table 1, Fig. 2C, 2D) (P < 0.05).
