Differential analysis based on the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA) dataset also revealed CYP46A1 as one of the most dysregulated transcripts (log2 fold change = 1.966, adjusted P = 4.63E‐09) between GBM (n = 128) and normal brain (n = 5; Fig EV1A–C). This evidence concerns the gene CYP46A1 and glioblastoma.
