At E10.5, effects of diabetes were significant for Slc27a6/Fatp6, Slc27a4/Fatp4, and Cpt2 (27.8%, 19.4%, and 19.7%, respectively), and for Cpt1a, Slc2a13/Glut13, and Cpt1b, diet was a significant contributor (42.9%, 38.7%, and 31%, respectively). Here, SLC27A4 is linked to diabetes mellitus.
