The relative level of plasma miR-499 in 53 patients with AMI (5.12±2.29) was significantly higher than that in unstable angina (UA) group (2.75±1.39), and healthy control group (0.50±0.35); the differences were statistically significant (p <0.01) and positively-correlated with CTnI (r=0.384, p <0.01) and CK-MB (r=0.402, p <0.01) [22]. Here, TNNI3 is linked to angina pectoris.
