TCGA datasets retrieved from the GEPIA (Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis) showed that among the several types of tumors that are common in humans, the tumors with the highest expression of Orai2 are glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), and thyroid carcinoma (THCA) (Figure 1(a)). Here, ORAI2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
