According to OPLS-DA, two proteins that passed the cutoff value of +0.65 or −0.65 for p(corr) were enriched in the plasma of pregnant women with PCOS: properdin (CFP) (p(corr) value = −0.850) and insulin-like growth factor II (IGF-II) (p(corr) = −0.691), indicating them as potential discriminant markers in our dataset.
