Literature research (Pubmed, September 2019) revealed that 73% (IL11, TACSTD2, CLEC2B, LAMA4, CCL5, SERPINE1, TGFB2, COL7A1, GALNT7, PLAUR, CGN, ITGA1, NOTCH1, TBXA2R, LAMA5, TNS1) of upregulated genes found in our study have already been described in previous studies in CRC. The gene discussed is CLEC2B; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
