回顾性收集2017年1月-2019年7月在首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院接受免疫治疗的晚期NSCLC患者,采集患者的年龄、性别、病理类型、吸烟史、驱动基因变异[表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR)/鼠Kirsten肉瘤病毒致癌基因同源物(v-Ki-ras2 Kirsten ratsarcoma viral oncogene homolog, KRAS)/间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplastic lymphoma kinase, ALK)/ROS原癌基因l受体酪氨酸激酶(ROS proto-oncogene 1 receptor tyrosine kinase, ROS1)/鼠类肉瘤病毒癌基因同源物B1(v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1, BRAF)]、PD-L1表达、Karnofsky体力状况(Karnofsky performance status, KPS)评分、肿瘤-淋巴结-转移(tumor-node-metastasis, TNM)分期、转移部位等基本临床特征以及治疗方法、临床疗效、预后及副反应。.
