As shown in Fig. 4c, d, the Beclin1 protein levels (166.79 ± 12.44) and the ratio of LC3BII/LC3BI (0.47 ± 0.08) in the HS-MSC group were both significantly decreased compared with those in the blank control group (260.81 ± 23.66 and 1.22 ± 0.07) (P < 0.05), indicating that HSP can effectively reduce the autophagy levels.
