In our current study, we aimed to explore the possibility of FOXG1 as a key component of the Wnt signaling pathway regulating the nuclear accumulation of β-catenin, determine the biological interaction of FOXG1/β-catenin/TCF4 on HCC EMT and lesions metastasis, and further clarify their clinical significance. Here, FOXG1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
