Among men, there were 3 BRCA1 mutation carriers who developed PC (1) and SC (2), and 6 BRCA2 positive cases, presenting with a wide variety of tumors: breast (4), prostate gland (2), lung (1), colon (1), fossa piriform (1) and thyroid gland (1). This evidence concerns the gene BRCA1 and pachyonychia congenita.
