There were no consistent differences between calves that were treated with TAP or water after infection with M. haemolytica, with respect to rectal temperatures (P = 0.29), white blood cell counts (P = 0.92), blood neutrophil (P = 0.75) or monocyte counts (P = 0.70), or serum haptoglobin concentrations.
