LncRNAs are recognized as a class of long noncoding RNAs approximately more than 200 nucleotides, which are closely associated with occurrences of cancers.6, 7 A growing number of evidence has demonstrated that lncRNAs, such as ZEB1‐AS1, PEG10, and UCA1, play important regulatory roles in the proliferation, migration, and invasion of BC.8, 9, 10 Based on our preliminary lncRNA microarrays, lncRNA muscleblind‐like 1 antisense RNA 1 (MBNL1‐AS1) level in bladder tumor tissues is decreased by 99.2 times than that in adjacent nontumor tissues. This evidence concerns the gene MBNL1 and cancer.
