CDKN2B-AS1 and pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm: Subsequently, Permuth et al. 28, analyzing plasma from 57 intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) IPMN cases and 24 non-diseased controls frequency-matched by age-group and gender, appraised an 8-lncRNA signature (ADARB2-AS1, ANRIL, GLIS3-AS1, LINC00472, MEG3, PANDA, PVT1, and UCA1) which possessed greater accuracy than standard clinical and radiologic features in differentiating indolent/benign IPMNs from aggressive/malignant IPMNs than standard clinical and radiologic features.
