Log-rank tests of Kaplan-Meier curves suggested that non-TNBC and TNBC breast cancer patients were at an increased risk of death if their tumours displayed increased expression of pBAD isoforms, although statistical significance was not reached (phospho-BAD-Ser112; HR = 1.893, P = 0.207, phospho-BAD-Ser136; HR = 2.295, P = 0.099, phospho-BAD-Ser155; HR = 1.83, P = 0.2205 (Fig. 2d). Here, BAD is linked to breast carcinoma.
