CTNNB1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: By analyzing the expression in the Mannheim cohort, it was also found that TLE2 was significantly correlated with CTNNB1. In addition, CTNNB1 is highly expressed in RT4 cells and expressed in lower amounts in ScaBER cells, which is similar to the expression pattern of TLE2.
