With the excellent effects in inhibiting Aβ aggregation, mitigating Aβ‐mediated cytotoxicity, and facilitating Aβ clearance, this nanochaperone successfully rescues cognitive deficits and reduces Aβ burden of APP/PS1 transgenic AD mice, thus indicating that the nanochaperone can effectively suppress the progression of early AD. This evidence concerns the gene APP and Alzheimer disease.
