LIN28B and hepatocellular carcinoma: In this study, we found that overexpression of Lin28B significantly increased paclitaxel-induced chemoresistance in Hep3B and HepG2 cells lines, while silencing of Lin28B reduced chemoresistance in Hep3B/TAX cells, indicating that Lin28B contributes to paclitaxel-induced chemoresistance in HCC cells.
