These results suggested that miR-31 could activate ERK and AKT signaling by repressing RASA1 and FIH-1, and thereby upregulation of miR-31 in NSCLC may activate RAF-MEK-ERK and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways by suppressing the expression of RASA1 and FIH-1, and thus resulting in EGFR TKI-resistance in NSCLC.
