CD82 and breast fibrocystic disease: Further, the lack of global consensus on the ambiguous role of KAI1 expression in clinicopathological parameters especially tumor grade and receptor status of breast carcinoma has prompted us to investigate the expression levels of KAI1 at both transcriptional and translational levels in the tissue of breast cancer patients and benign breast disease and to demystify the relationship between expression levels of KAI1 and tumour stage, grade, axillary lymph node involvement, receptor status in breast cancer.
