GSK3β is a highly networked kinase that regulates the function of dozens or even hundreds of proteins through binding and/or enzymatic modifications.43 Studies have revealed that GSK3β is a crucial factor in the WNT signaling pathway, inhibiting ubiquitination and ultimately affecting tumor stemness and metastatic ability.44,45 Therefore, we speculate that MYH9 reversed FOXO1-mediated NPC stemness, migration, and invasion by inducing ubiquitination of GSK3β. This evidence concerns the gene GSK3B and neoplasm.
