The released GOx could not only catalyze the glucose depletion to inhibit the tumor growth, but also induce more dendritic cells (DCs) maturation which further enhanced the antitumor efficacy of anti-PD-1. In vivo experimental results indicated that CMSN-GOx plus anti-PD-1 combination treatment provided more effective tumor suppression than any single therapies.
