Analogously, genes involved in wound healing and cell migration (i.e., SERPINE1, HMGCR, IGFBP5, and S100A14) or reported as prognostic factors in breast, ovarian, gastric, and lung cancers (i.e., MAPRE1, HSPA1B, and PPME1) [36–38] were negatively modulated.
