On the basis of the Buckley-James regression method, the unadjusted relative difference in AMH levels comparing PE with non-PE groups was 0.06 with 95% CI (− 0.26, 0.14); in other words, we determined that the baseline AMH levels of women who experienced PE did not differ significantly from those of women who did not experienced PE women with experienced PE, even after adjustments for age, BMI, smoking status, and family history of hypertension (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene AMH and hypertensive disorder.
