F10 and acute coronary syndrome: The Anti-Xa Therapy to Lower Cardiovascular Events in Addition to Standard Therapy in Subjects with Acute Coronary Syndrome–Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction 51 (ATLAS ACS 2-TIMI 51) study was based on this assumption and was the first testing the hypothesis that additional factor Xa inhibition on top of standard DAPT could further reduce the residual ischemic risk of patients after an acute coronary syndrome.
