These cell lines harbor mutations that similar to those found in our organoids, such as activating mutations of Wnt signaling (APC, CTNNB1/β-catenin or AXIN2) and TGF-β signaling (SMAD2/4) and others affecting crucial CRC genes (KRAS and/or BRAF and TP53). The gene discussed is TGFB1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
