EBI3 and tuberculosis: The GO analysis of these DEGs are enriched in “immune response,” “inflammatory response,” “chemokine activity,” “cellular process,” “biological regulation,” “regulation of metabolic process,” “protein binding,” “catalytic activity,” “bindings” etc. On the pathway analysis, most of the DEGs were found to be down-regulated (beneficial to pathogen) and enriched in very important pathways like toll-like receptors, NF-kappaB signaling, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, MAPK signaling pathway, TB, and TNF signaling.
